KMs 70.6 – 80.5/ End of Niagara Club

A few milestones were celebrated on this Bruce Trail hike from Mountain View Conservation Area to where the Niagara Club ends and the Iroquoia Club begins at Grimsby Lions Community Park. This would be my first time hiking with university friend, Jeremiah. It was inspiring to get to share in his success of finishing the Niagara Club on this hike!

The rainy day didn’t stop us from entering the lush green forest trail that led us along escarpment, at mostly mid-elevation. It was truly unbelievable how much coverage the forest canopy provided. We crossed rivers, jumped rocks, followed roads, and passed along farms. It was a very peaceful place to hike. Definitely one to recommend for a nice day out.
