The Kawartha’s is a new place for me to explore and all I can say is that I wish I had done this sooner.

We arrived at Anstruther Lake Access Point and set off shortly after 10:00am toward the Anstruther Lake to Rathbun Lake Portage. From here we crossed Rathbun Lake to the Rathbun Lake to North Rathbun Lake where we camped for the night. We arrived at around 3:00pm.

The lakes were warm and pleasant for swimming. Aside from the occasional portages, the lake was pretty quiet with the two other campsites around the corner.

My only wish was that we had more time here.
