We seized a sunny day and planned a hike and picnic. We decided on travelling the Wild Pacific Trail in Ucluelet with sandwiches from Tofino’s Red Can Gourmet. The establishment was recommended by Jay of Black Bear Guesthouse and it didn’t disappoint. Everything is made to order. This is not a place to expect grab and go. Life is slower in Tofino.

We sipped Americanos from the Tofino Coffee Co., which is around the corner, and hung out with the locals, well specially this dog.
