I’m an inquisitive outdoor enthusiast, adventurer, mom, former Guider, ski pro, artist and business professional. Toronto, Canada is my home base. I was born and raised in beautiful British Columbia. My backpacking adventures started before I could walk. Yup, my ride was a kid carrier backpack on my Dad’s back. We road tripped all over North America, mostly BC to Ontario and Washington to California and the North MidWest.

I started this site soon after my daughter and I began our annual excursions. If we can do it, you can too.
